ah, this is a neat idea. My idea is to have an object in Tiled an it will draw itself over the width and height of the object (including the Animation class).

Since I will make my own Map Renderer (not reader), I hope it's okay if I take that idea and use in my Game.

Sure - also feel free to use the tiled map parser from TWL if you want.
If you need some additional features let me know.

Hey, why not. A will write an extra Editor anyway, and use TWL for it so yay /o (for moving objects and stuff, so I can place and see what happens. The same will probatly goes for static animations, like water and stuff)

For the game itself I will use a custom renderer, which stays in harmony with my complex 2D Camera (rotation, scaling shaking, moving all at once).

btw don't no if you already do it this way... do you render the complet map over a ScrollPanel? For smooth scrolling and stuff. I made this by simply MOD'ing with the tiles Width/Height (based on the relative position of the cam).

The TWL tiled map renderer implements the ScrollPane.Scrollable interface which allows it to do very efficient pixel based scrolling.
See the demo (webstart) and it's source code line 35

awesome :A guess I will use this :A thx.
I may use it for the menus in my game too. Not sure since I just need simple Up/Down/Enter/Cancel (And I also want to do it myself, to get more skill points :D).

(Now my Laptop needs to return from repair! my fingers itching!)

A small animation technique I learnt from an old engine I used to use (back about 5 years ago) was to use two layers, then alternate between them.

Although, this animation is limited to two frames.

Code:
counter += delta;

if(counter >= 1000)
{
   counter = 0;
   if(ShowingLayer1)
   {
      map.render(layer2);
      ShowingLayer1 = false;
   }
   else
   {
      map.render(layer1);
      ShowingLayer1 = true;
   }
}
