Hi,

I'm looking for some help with the "Using the Theme Editor" tutorial, in "Composite backgrounds" section, it tells:
Quote:
Now go to the "button.background" select node and change the "Ref" for both aliases to "panel-blue". This will use the composed node for the button background image:

But when i select button.background > IF(pressed) or DEFAULT, the ref is a list of values "none", "box" and "box bg" and there is no "panel-blue" value.
I followed the tutorial, also I have the "panel-blue" composed node.

I saved it and reloaded but nothing more.
I recently downloaded the theme editor and the last version of TWL.
I joined the screen of the Theme Editor and my theme archive.

What did I miss ?

You can only reference elements which are defined before the one trying to reference it. In your case you need to move "panel-blue" above "button.background".

Yes, you are right, i read the note (and forget).

Quote:
The order of the nodes in the XML viewer is significant. The "button" theme won't be able to use the PNG image node unless the "button" theme comes *after* the PNG image node.

Thank you.
