I though in would be a good idea to have a Thread where people dood post images/videos or other stuff. It does not have to be your game, but just a tech demo or something :) I had the idea while making a video for my current game and I did not want to open a new Thread for it, so... here we go!

Mr. Hat I, the firest video showing some stuff.
(more can be sound in my sig)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBSdVMOJ ... AAAAAAAAAA

Not sure about if it should be in Games/Demos, but I making it sticky i think is a good idea (if the other mods have some against it, just say it... we need a Thread/Topic for us, which is invisible form normal users I guess xD)

Have Fun!

I would like to share a video of a game I'm working on. Does any one have suggestions on what software to use to record?

CamStudio (http://camstudio.org/) is free and works fine.

I used it to create this video which shows some fleet movement routines of a pre alpha version of a game I'm working on.

You can also use Bandicam which is able to record only the window you want to record. The programm autodetectts any active window which is just awesome!

No absolutely the latest state of the development. But it gives an impression:

YouTube - Illarion Client Teaser
YouTube - Illarion Client Teaser (HD)
The client was running with HD-resolution (1920x1080) while this video was created. So set the player to 1080p to get the full detail.

I have a nasty habit of not finishing anything I start. I have developed tons of graphics for games I haven't finished making yet. Some of it is visible here: http://ray3k.com/site/artwork/game-graphics/

Ever since I started my Minecraft addiction I haven't had time for anything else.

I'm currently working on a simple tank game, It's my first game so I don't want to make anything very complicated:

That's very cool! The gameplay reminds me of the tank game in one of those Wii game bundles. Good luck to you.

Thanks! At first I planned to do something similar to that game (its from Wii Play if I remember well), but then i started creating some enemies and I followed that direction. Probably in a future version i'll add a co-op play or something...

Nice one, Monkeychow! What did you use for the menus? TWL? Nifty? Homebrew?

That's TWL. Had a hard time with it (sorry MatthiasM ;) ) but I think I finally figured out how everything works and should be used.
