I was playing with libgdx, and decided to use some example code from slick2d to help in the process.
Here is what came out of it, a mashup of the warpstone map and pathfinding routine with libgdx 3d rendering.

I found libgdx to be difficult on the rendering of basic shapes, but figured it out eventually.
However, the camera and scrolling is built into it, and much easier than it was using slick2d translate technique.
Very cool stuff!
