 Post subject: Failed to open device

Hello,
I`m using latest Ubuntu and I tried Slick tutorial http://slick.cokeandcode.com/wiki/doku.php?id=01_-_a_basic_slick_game

but I get these errors:

So, keyboard doesn`t work. Please, help. :)

edit: changing rights of /dev/event* to writable to anyone helped, also I was using wrong keys.

Who don`t whow what to do, open terminal and type

sudo chmod o+r /dev/event*
